Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Classes are booked in blocks so your space is always available for you every week. We offer a make-up system which allows an opportunity to reschedule subject to availability, if you know in advance you will miss your regular class.
In order to qualify for a make-up you must inform us at least 3 hours in advance of the class you are unable to attend. This can be done by telephone, text or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Missed classes cannot be carried over to a future term or applied against private lessons.
No refunds can be made for missed classes or holidays.
Places in class cannot be reserved until payment is received via Bacs, cash or cheque. Before the course ends you will be invited to re-enrol for the following course, however if your payment has not been received by the required date your place will be offered to the next person waiting to join.
