Nourish Pilates – Terms and Conditions (T&C’s)

The following T&C’s apply to Nourish Pilates Classes. We want you to get the most from your bookings and the T&C’s below are set out to help you do this and to safeguard our classes
By booking a class or private Pilates sessions with Nourish Pilates, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Before you start

A health screen questionnaire (PAR-Q) must be completed before taking part in Pilates classes. Please ensure that you update your contact or medical details if they change. This information will be held in strict confidentiality and is a legal requirement for insurance purposes.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Classes are booked in blocks so your space is always available for you every week. We offer a make-up system which allows an opportunity to reschedule subject to availability, if you know in advance you will miss your regular class.

In order to qualify for a make-up you must inform us at least 3 hours in advance of the class you are unable to attend. This can be done by telephone, text or email to info@nourishpilates.co.uk.

Missed classes cannot be carried over to a future term or applied against private lessons.

No refunds can be made for missed classes or holidays.

Places in class cannot be reserved until payment is received via Bacs, cash or cheque. Before the course ends you will be invited to re-enrol for the following course, however if your payment has not been received by the required date your place will be offered to the next person waiting to join.

Nourish Pilates holds a strict non-refundable policy

In the event that we have to cancel a class that you have booked, you will receive a full refund and/or offered a space in an alternative class if suitable.

Towards the end of the course you will be offered first refusal on the next terms spaces. If booking is not secured within the stated time frame then the space will be opened up to the waiting list and you may loose your spot.
