Nourish classes have a maximum of 14 spaces to ensure each client can be observed and adjusted where appropriate. This enables you to get the most out of your Nourish Pilates sessions.
Available as block bookings so clients can effectively progress through the terms program and progress.

With personalized attention from Emma, you will work in partnership to explore a range of exercises tailored to your individual needs and goals. The state-of-the-art equipment will enhance your movements, allowing for deeper engagement and focus.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner, athlete or in the post rehabilitation stage these sessions will help enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.
DUETS
Share a session with a friend or family member with similar needs as. A more cost effective way to practice Pilates in a studio setting and have a giggle along the way.
You will have access to the reformer, tower/cadillac, small barrel, matwork and small equipment.
