All Nourish Pilates group classes have a maximum of 10 -12 clients to ensure that everyone can be observed and adjusted. Classes are block booked so that all needs can be aimed to be met and goals can be achieved. 

Gentle, Mixed ability and improvers classes are available with beginners courses running throughout the year.

1-2-1's, duets and small groups also available.

Please note that mixed ability classes are not suitable for beginners or those with an injury as they can be challenging in their nature. Please get in touch for a chat so we can find an alternative.
